Prom dresses <3

Friday was beautiful. Not only were my clients stunning in their dresses but the weather was also. The sky was moody, we went from full blasting sunlight to cloudy within 2 minutes. I've been teaching myself how to shoot in manual mode, so this was tricky. If you know me, you know I struggle with self confidence. Something as simple as shooting in manual mode can make me second guess myself in every move I made. Thankfully my constant studying has paid off and manual mode has become a natural thing for me now. This session really got me excited to head home and get those images downloaded to my computer and get to work! Wakely doesn't always allow me to do that, but Friday she must have known I wanted to work because she went right to bed <3. Editing is my escape from the world. I turn my phone on do not disturb, crank up my music and throw myself fully into my screen and the beauties I am working on. The world slips away and slowly I realize I've been at it for 2 hours. I am thankful to have something to go to when I need an escape. I really really loved working with these sweet girls, and I told them that I cant wait until they're seniors in 3-4 years!
